Straight up is what the title says. I recently moved to Germany and I smoke Marlboro Gold/Red. A cigar has been on my mind for quite a while, and I've finally decided to buy one.

I have no idea which one to buy, I would prefer buying one in shop - maybe a Lotto or a tobacco store. I would prefer something mild-medium in aroma and, again, medium in strength.

What would you guys suggest?

I also read how a cigar is to be smoked differently than a cigaratte (not to be inhaled into the lungs, but to enjoy the aroma more in the mouth), anything else you guys got to suggest?
