Not a complaint but omg i have had precisely 0 babies and here she is bopping around doing hardcore drills right after having Hank Jr. 🫪🫪 I do also have the GND workout DVD but have not tested it out yet.

Can I get some good vibes/well wishes on my fitness journey pls 😩😩😩😩 cos I did only 2 sections (the basketball one and the kickboxing one) out of like 8 sections and I AM DECEASED. In an ideal world I want to make my way up to doing all 8 sections in a row, a few times a week. I feel like that's delusional though lmaoooo. Aerobics like this are so much harder than plain old walking or running.

(Side note the British guy trainer's accent reminds me of Wren from Pretty Little Liars)

Anyone else ever used this fitness DVD?

Bought in 1982 for £150, imported to the UK direct. Hasn't been oiled in decades and it still performed like it was brand new. Would be £555 in today's money adjusted for inflation! Cheers for lending it to me dad 👍👍

Found this dweeb behind a wall, NO IDEA how he (or she, idk) got there. No mum or litter mates in sight. Eyes open and loud ass yell. Picked up a few hours later by a local stray cat organisation who placed him (or her, idk) with an already pregnant mama cat and foster family 🥰🥰

"Scuba, Scuba, Do" from season 5, listed variously as episode 12 or 18 or 19 depending where you get your content!

• I felt soooo bad for the girls out there on the boat, I've been on boat trips for excursions and snorkelling before and that rocking motion is awful. Interestingly the IMDB page for this ep says "Kendra was in the beginning of her pregnancy is this episode. Hence why she had to throw up before her dive." Is that true? Can someone do the timeline for us? Episode aired Feb 15th 2009 and she conceived Hank Jr. in January 2009 right? I can't math pls 🤔🤔

• I have never looked that in-control throwing up

• Holly was unbelievably brave here the girl HAD ONLY JUST LEARNED TO SWIM and there she was just bopping around Scuba diving like it's no big deal!?!?! I'm a fairly good swimmer but no way do I have the balls to Scuba!

• I love watching the 3 of them do stuff like this together, it happens less and less as the seasons go on but I just like the nostalgia of seeing them try something as a group
