Today my grandpa (71) has been is a 3 car crash. But his front is damaged a lot and one of the other car has a small wingMirror damage. Then a van we are unsure as they were shouting and saying that he was speeding driving all over the road.

What can we do?
We’ve told insurance but it’s all very complicated.

The van driver did drive off without giving us their insurance. Only got a name. We suspect they may of hit our car. But no dashcam footage

Sent the Insurnace some photos of the car, they emailed back saying they can repair it. I know that can change. The car is at 56k miles and it’s a 72 plate Crossland. So only worth about 8-10k.

My family is thinking of getting one. What are they like to drive? Are the comfortable? We would have the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N-line 84kwh RWD with 20” rims.

Claimed range of 320 miles so prob get about 250-320 if I’m right. Doing about 15k miles a year. Will be able to charge at home.

Do you think it’s a good choice?

I’m thinking of a 2020 e-up! Or a 2018 e-golf. Want automatic and like the electric. Both around £2000 to insure and the e-up is about £600 more. I know they are different but I don’t want an old banger.

If anyone has an e-up or e-golf how do like them?
