I need help finding a laptop under $400 that can run games relatively fine

I’m not super experienced with tech, and need some assistance deciding.

If it helps, some of the games I want to play (AND POSSIBLY MOD) are:
Sims 4
Avatar Frontiers of Pandora
As many COD games as I can
Minecraft
Stardew Valley
Raft
Phasmophobia
