If you use Ziggy to flicker an aura that’s already attacked in a turn with Iris of Reality/Reality Refractor, is it able to attack again?

I've been playing online with a friend recently, but the games have felt a bit unbalanced. What are some of the best factions and hirelings for two player games? Thanks
