Cancelled my N26 Metal Subscription due to Allianz

Hey everyone,
I had a N26 Metal membership and actually really liked it at first; including the Metal Card, better interest rate and most of all the insurance perks comes along with it hoping that if anything will happen then I will be covered.

But recently I made a claim for my trip cancellation which was planned on Saturday but I couldn't make it happen because i got sick. I provided all the documents and doctor's note clearly mentioning that I was sick before the trip.

Still Allianz denied my claim stating that I had to inform doctor before my cancellation, I did try to inform that my doctor was not available on Saturday and the earliest I could inform him was on Monday, yet the claim was denied.

Anyways, I decided to cancel my membership due to this exact experience and if anyone is thinking to get a metal membership this is what you gonna get in return.

Hello all,
Recently I went to a techno/rave event as a solo visitor and really really loved it.
Even though I enjoyed being there while single, I realised having few friends together there would double the experience.

I'd be really interested to meet people who also enjoy these types of events and are looking for new people to connect with, apart from events I (29,M) also into Stargazing (have a telescope), hiking, swimming and building model rockets if anyone like to do something similar.

I moved near Frankfurt few months ago and work in Darmstadt (as a Space Engineer) and going through what this reddit community shouts "it's so difficult to make new friends". I'm also working on my German but having friends who are also comfortable with English would be very appreciated.

Feel free to DM me and if anyone wanna catch up for coffee/drinks 😁
