Continental: H or V-rated, which way to go?

So I am contemplating putting on new Continental Truecontact Tour 54s on my 23 Kia Niro EV. They are offered in both H and V-rated versions. I mostly drive in the city and highways in dry Southern California, nothing dramatic, and appreciate a nice, quiet ride. Which way do you think I should go? I would also be happy to accept alternative tire choices. Thanks!

23 Wind driver's seat wear :-(

So we bought this wonderful 23 Wind last year and there was already some seat wear, have only driven 6k miles or so but the wear is getting worse by the day. Any ideas what I can do about it? I am not averse to putting on a seat cover if anyone can recommend a high quality one. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
