I gotta give it to this rod. From bluegill to big cats. From slip bobbers with 7g and a worm to 3oz and a pickeral rig with a float indicator. This thing just works. Very happy with this rod.

Caught in holiday beach ontario. These little guys were pretty tough to catch. I improvised by creating a ball of loop knots and tied that to my drop shot using a 7g sinker and a slip bobber.

PB sheephead or Freshwater drum.

I did not know it was a rare coloring. I did notice how gold it looked. It's not illegal here as we catch them to eat, but I still feel bad now knowing how rare this fish is. This fish went to feed my 67 year old mother. At least with these pictures I can share the coloring with all of you. If I ever catch this color again I will return it to the water.
