This was fun, title says it all.. you can imagine this as Shredder's roster if he was a trainer too. Do you agree with my picks?

Tiger Claw - Incineror
Rocksteady - Rhyperior (Shiny)
Bebop - Grumpig
Fishface - Dracovish (I almost chose Carvahna or Huntail, but thought Draco's misfit legs was a neat nod to his robotic legs)
Rahzar - Midnight Lycanroc (could also go with Houndoom)
Stockman Fly - Grafaiai (almost chose Butterfree since it flies, but the former fit the vibe better)
Shredder - Kingambit

Might do the other villains like all the aliens and Kraang

The whole scenario was honestly crazy. The turtles & mutanimals had the opportunity and advantage they were waiting for, with Shredder cornered and alone. Yet everyone was brought down in seconds.

Kinda scary to think.. if Slash hadn’t brought the statue down and opened up an escape, could Shredder simply have killed everyone right there in his dungeon? He had his claws out seemingly ready for the killing blow, and backup with Tiger Claw was already on their way…

The turtles were also ready to straight-up kill Shredder too at this point in the series, with Leo encouraging Raph to just stab him moments earlier. How crazy would it be to see it play out — if the Foot would simply overwhelm everyone, or if the turtles could persevere and end the war there as well

I almost had Nidorino instead of Grovyle to align more with the poison typing and the similarity of having a horn, but Grovyle just fit the vibe better. Also almost put Mega Darkrai for Von Nebs, but the Necrozma's lore made more sense, being a consumer of light like a black hole. Maybe I should do every year's villains, this was fun.

So we know Shredder is an absolute beast of a man. But during his downtime, he mostly just sits on his throne. I must imagine he does some form of regimen offscreen to keep him sharp.

We’ve seen him program the footbots before to attack Karai and himself as Super Shredder, but they didn’t seem very challenging, nor would most of his henchmen prove to be good enough for sparring.

So what else can you imagine him doing? Getting strong enough to hurl Leatherhead around, as well as having the mental fortitude to resist Rockwell’s psychic assaults must have taken truly intense forms of training to say the least.
