Hey Austin, I’m relocating out of state and looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease at Apex Modern Living (2215 E 51st St). The timing is flexible, and mid-month move-ins will be prorated. This goes directly through the complex building management so everything is completely on the books.

The Rent is $1195 + utilities are about $300-$330 per month

My electric bill- $55 to $65 per month

Gas- $70 and $80

Water and trash about- $55

My phone and internet is Spectrum

Internet- $75 Phone- $56

Quick Details:

• Rent: $1,195/month
• Deposit: $0 (you inherit my $500 deposit on file)
• App Fee: I’ll reimburse your $50 app fee toward your first month's rent
• Term: 6+ months remaining with the option to renew

Unit Highlights:

• In-Unit Laundry: This is the only unit in the complex with its own Duo Washer/Dryer in the kitchen.
• Parking: 2 reserved gated spots included in rent.

1- In Unit Washer and Dryer. There is a Duo Washer and Dryer in the kitchen area. The only unit out of 40+ units that has a washer and dryer. There is also a laundry mat in the complex.

2- You would be keeping my deposit, *NO DEPOSIT*

3- 2 gated parking spots.

4- $50 application fee. I will reimburse that fee upon application approval.

This is an official lease take over through the complex, you would be taking over my lease on approved credit.

• Move-in Window: Late August through mid-September (Lease has 6+ months left with option to renew)
