Help me set up a profile for PETG

I bought a Bambu Lab A1 a couple of months ago and only now have I gotten around to printing with it. I bought PETG (just black PETG without any conditions) and decided to set up a profile in Bambu Studio for it. The stock Bambu and Generic profiles were producing really disappointing results (artifacts and a lot of filament), but the problem is that I can't fully understand and master everything yet.

(I'm the type of person who learns everything by doing, not a fan of theory, and YouTube videos aren't particularly clear yet, since I'm still new to the subject.) I printed without a filament dryer because I haven't had time to purchase one yet. I've only managed to test it with a thermal tower (I set the nozzle temperature to 235°C), ran a retraction test (but didn't change anything and couldn't figure out how to change it if necessary. As far as I understand, there's no need to enable retraction for PETG), and also set the model flow factor to the filament manufacturer's standard. Please help me and point out any errors and what I should and shouldn't do in this situation, as I plan to print PETG props for cosplay and the like in the future.

Printer: Bambu Lab A1

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Platform: Textured PEI platform + glue.

P.S.: I apologize for the awkward text, as I was simply too lazy to write it myself, so I used a translator and executable. Regarding printing, I can also note a slight flatness along the Z-axis, and I haven't yet found a solution for this.

Is it supposed to be like this?

>I think I’ve found a bug involving Herta’s (4*) follow-up attack while testing the "Pure Fiction" mode. As I understand it, the follow-up attack is supposed to trigger IMMEDIATELY when an enemy's HP drops to 50% or lower. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
