I’ve been bringing my sugars down to 6.5 which my doc is happy with but the problem is that I keep getting woken up in the night with warning from my dexcom that my sugars are too low.
How to fix this dip
Will be receiving approx $100,000 inheritance and trying to figure out what to do with it.
Early 50s with no credit card debt and $170,000 left on mortgage. Approx $100,000 in RSPs and $50,000 emergency fund.

Anytime my blood sugar goes to 5.5 and lower I feel like shit. Hungry. Anxiety, foggy head, low concentration. How do you manage getting your blood sugars so low and actually feel good?
