Do we have any info on whats going on with the H-20 bomber?

As far as i know there doesn't seem to be any major remaining problems that should stop China from making the H-20 since:

-They've already got RAM that withstands subsonic and supersonic flight

-They have extensive experience on flying wing designs with their multiple drone projects some being bomber size like the GJ-X and WZ-X being examples

-They just got the WS-20 into production giving them a engine in the same power class as the B-21's PW9000 and have the means to turn the WS-10's to non afterburning versions if they decide to go for the B-2's 4 F-118 solution

-They can even make it supersonic if need be with slapping a bunch of WS-10's or WS-15's on it as the J-36 has shown

So whats going on are they having decision paralysis on whether to focus on unmanned or manned bombers or having a different problem as there doesn't seem to be much progress reported about this?

How do electronics come to play in the military?

(Im not familiar with military electronics)

Theres been a lot of talk about China being behind on chip tech with them using last generation imported ASML DUV machines + their own domestic DUV machines being roughly equivalent to mid 2010s models and how this will negatively affect china's performance

But as i've tried to explore this topic and read articles i cannot seem to understand how having 25% slower chips would significantly affect anything else than electronic and information warfare so im asking for some helpful examples :>
