I saw this music video on VH1 India sometime between 2011 and 2019, and I think it's from around 2015-2018. The artist is Western (American or British, I think).

What I remember about the video:

- The entire video is set in a dark, muted, psychedelic-toned Chinatown back alley or courtyard

- A Western man stands mostly still in the middle of the shot, wearing a hat and circular/round retro sunglasses

- Old Chinese men are sitting around him, playing cards or mahjong — and they are also wearing the same style of round retro sunglasses

- Hanging Chinese incense burners are suspended around him, swinging side to side like pendulums

- The overall tone is dark, moody and psychedelic — not bright or colourful

- The guy is mostly just standing there coolly, not performing energetically

The music was I think indie rock with a psychedelic feel.

This video has been stuck in my head for years and even AI tools couldn't identify it. Any help is massively appreciated!
