I know for a fact I want to promote this Annie to diamond, but if I fodder a duplicate to her then evolve, will I lose the prestige?

Back after 6 years+ I- who is worth investing
Majority of the golds are from back in 2019-2020, but I managed to snag a diamond the other day and some new golda (namely Spell-Bent, Stellar Huntress, Demon Artist, Superluminal, and Indomitable)
Any advice on who to build up and who to add to my fortune gold and diamond wishlist. If it’s not clear Eliza and Cerebella have been hard clearing but I would like variety too

Field Experts Counselor impossible to reach? Is it possible to switch?
I’m an online student, and I have had nothing but issues when it comes to communicating with my field experience counselor. I will not name names, but I am extremely frustrated that I would have to call multiple times throughout the day over the course of a few days to reach them.
I understand there are a lot of students, and I do try to be mindful of when I call (I focus on when they should be in the office), but I also do not get email responses relating to important questions. This has been with finger printing information and practicum issues over the course of a few months now.
Is there any way I can switch field experience counselors, and if so, who do I speak to? If I cannot resolve these issues i will resort to either swapping schools because it is not worth the stress I have been going through.

I 100% plan on playing E2S1 Blade with E0S1 Ashveil, but need a bit of help deciding the final team member.
Current team would be: E0S1 Ashveil, E2S1 Blade, and E0S1 Aventurine or E1S1 Dan Heng PT (reliant on if there’s no Phainon team)
Since this will be a FUP based team, who would be better: E1S1 Tribbie or E1S1 Robin?

Nose Piercing - what can I wear?
I got this more than a month ago and since it’s recovering well I wanted to know if I’ll be able to wear a ring.
When I was getting the piercing, the store clerk asked if I was planning on getting a nose ring. At the time, the answer was no, but looking back I did find it a bit weird.
Based on the placement, is it possible to wear a ring? Or will I be stuck with studs?

C Skill for Att Ryoma
Is Dual Support a good choice as a replacement for Atk/Spd Faith? If not, what other replacements can I use?
- I have no Instruct fodder since I gave it to a support unit
- I run Att Ryoma with a heavily invested Att Hector and F Dimitri, who both have Bulwark
