What's up with the inconsistency in enforcing rules?

Has anyone had issues with getting mod support? I have an issue with an artist ghosting me. In the past I have been able to share discord messages (with proof that it is their discord) to get help. But now I'm having an issue where a mod has implied I'm not liable to recieve help because of that. And it's like 150+ gb i gave this person. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong but In all the years I've been on Lioden I've never had a mod tell me "sorry but maybe next time you could do this instead" -- like what about *this* time?

Is this a new rule?

Edfinacial users how are you switching plans?

Forgive me for the dumb question -- it's been years since I messed with this stuff and I don't remember how I switched onto save. I was trying to hop off onto IBR since that would be best for my situation but when I hit "help me select a payment plan thats right for me" it says

"What to Consider Before Exiting Your IDR Plan

Before you choose to exit your Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plan, please consider the following:

IMPORTANT

You may forfeit eligibility for benefits associated with your IDR plan. Learn more about the features of IDR plans Opens a new window

If you are currently in the Income-Based Repayment (IBR) plan and want to leave the plan, you will be placed on the Standard Repayment Plan. You may not change to a different plan until you’ve made at least one payment under the Standard Repayment Plan or a payment under a reduced-payment forbearance."

Do I really have to call to switch plans? Or do I need to just wait till next month?

Book about a Woman who returns to her childhood home and discovers her neighbor killed her sister

It is NOT the Lovely Bones. The main character comes to her home as an adult after believing her sister ran away decades ago. (Older sister may have been troubled??)

I don't remember the middle

Somehow she is trapped in her neighbors cellar or basement and sees her sisters bones or an item that belongs to her sister that unmistakenly points to the neighbor killing her!

Book would have been pre-2014 for sure! I want to say it was written by a male author but I'm not 100%.
