Property Management Companies.
I live and owned a condo in Stamford since 2004. The decisions i have seen the condo association board's and the property management company have made over the years is absolutely ridiculous. The funny thing is everything is documented and I can go back to show how each situation how the unit owners got screwed. It's sad how corrupt it has become and they are not even hiding it here. Everybody knows....
