Just wanted to say the 5 day early refund option was very fast this year. My transcripts updated this morning with refund approved and at 9am my money was in the bank.

Now the other hold up was insane slow, filed in January, got my local senator involved around April and it took 7 months + to finally get refunded.

Leason learned, my w4 has been updated and from now on will do my best to be at zero owed and zero refund.

No more loans to the government.

Good luck for those still fighting to get there refunds, it's moving but really slow...

Long story short, I have my local senator office involved since April, every month I get an update, same every time. We're waiting on irs etc.

Last week's update, I get, the tsa is wating on irs to udjust account. I responded with pls expand on what udjustment. They respond back with your account has a frezze on it and tsa is wating for the frezze to be removed.

On my transcripts I have 811 frezze removed on 05/15/26 and 571 on 7/13/26 posted 2 weeks ago.

At this point I feel like someone is bull shitting me..

Straight up im over it at this point, they can keep the 19k that is owed money taxed off my check, no credits or other benefits etc..

This year is a joke, my w4 has been updated never again..
