I'm on an Ayn Odin 2 Portal Max.

This has been a recurring issue that keeps driving me back to Gamenative. Now, I'm only using Gamhub for imported games. Smaller Steams games download without issue. Bigger titles will start downloading, get mid-way, or even stop right at the last percentage (after I've waited an hour or more), and will completely stop downloading. Once this happens, NOTHING gets it going again. You can stop the task and remove all files, try to start the process all over--but if it failed once, it won't even attempt to start downloading.

It's very aggravating.

Sorry if this is an obnoxious noob question, but I'm struggling. I've got plenty of games running from my Steam library (way more than I thought possible). The "Use Known Config" option has kinda lowered the bar for me by removing all the tinkering I was unwilling to do in the past.

My question concerns pre-installs or games added manually outside of Steam. "Use Known Config" is greyed out for games I add this way, I'm assuming, because the title just isn't recognized? If I change the game name to something just right, will the Use Known Config option become available? Then there's the "importing config" option. Is there a site I can go to that has config files for the specific games I've added?
