Ranveer actually gave my dog his kidney when he found out he had cancer, truly the greatest human being to have walked this earth

So basically I left my phone idle for a couple of hours while I worked and when I checked back the package installer showed "app safely installed" and this was the app. I didn't install it infact I haven't installed anything in my phone the last couple of days, basically this installed itself in my phone without my input or permission and idk if it's an android system app or something disguised as that, should I be concerned?

I've seen this again and again, whenever anything about reality quest is mentioned over there more than half of the comments are about how trash and slop this is but most of the criticism doesn't even sound like they've actually read the manhwa, it reads more like they're making general assumptions based on the genre of this manhwa. When you ask them to explain their stance they default back to the backup argument of "fan service" and how terrible it is for the author to be drawing attractive females. These losers are trying to jump through loops just to find an excuse to hate on this manhwa.

Honestly, this makes me wonder, why don't more stories have the MC making the first move in shonen/seinen series, if anything I've seen so many authors go out of their way to make characters oblivious to romantic advances. This is a breath of fresh air compared to what I've seen so far.
