I've been having symptoms of histamine intolerance possible MCAS for the past 9 months. Mostly eat a low histamine diet and have found a reduced reaction to high histamine foods since this began. However, I still struggle with high heart rate at moments and I am always fatigued. This is not always triggered by foods, it just happens. Have any of yall found anything to help with this?

I want to get both these out of the way for fall semester and I'm worried it'll be too much with an internship. Both have good profs.
