Any leads on providers that do the estrogen pellet injection in the arm?
It's the pellet that lasts for months and it goes in your arm. My insurance covers it but I don't know of any providers that administer it.

Who do we think is older, Porthus or Odette?
Basically the title. I’m just curious if she did her crawl before the advent of the cookbook. The vibe I get is that they have good records of even the earliest crawls? It’s hard not knowing the scale of how long people live beyond “thousands of years.”
