Rehypothication and manufactured dividends with HDIV?

Hello, I did a brief check with AI to understand how manufactured dividends work and how to lower the risk, but I was looking for any personal experience on if any of you guys borrowing hdiv on margin have had manufactured dividends or PIL or if I can reap the better tax treatment with little worry.

If I was to invest 1k a month into mste, zgld and vdy and then borrow $500 a month how would I likely do

I'm feeling a market crash coming so I'd likely go hard on zgld or mste if it drops to my buy targets because I think bitcoin will come back, but if I did that and reinvested my dividends and pay interest at 4.45 would I be alright?

If I want one margin account for investing and another for borrowing personally, would I use ploc and margin or margin + second margin (wealthsimple)

I got a prompt for a second margin account and I'm wondering if for cleaner record keeping and a better rate would using the second margin linked to my tfsa and another separate for investing be better than my tfsa linked to my portfolio line of credit and a margin account for investing?
