Can he transfer schools in CBSE from UAE to a Cbse school in India ? He has taken CBSE Arabic instead of Hindi . What is the procedure for it ?? Please help

I am UP Allahabad - i have interest in ECE Branch but should I go for NIT Allahabad or Trichy ? I am worried about the language because of 50% HS quota and being a north indian over there . Also , is it worth the hassle ? Sacrificing comfort and staying so so far away from home ? Is trichy really worth coming ?
When i talk abt it - i mean in terms of teachers and placements . I genuinely want to learn and dont care abt this "tag" stuff .
