I think I have read so many descriptions on the Fe Demon that I've just confused myself. Could someone shed some insight or provide an example or two? Even better if from your own experience.

Recently I bought Nature's Way - DGL Ultra Capsules (not the chewables because of the sweeteners they have, would have loved it otherwise) and I was wondering if it's not an issue to consume more than the "recommendation" of two a day?
I ask this because I find it quite effective so far, but I take a supplement I rely on for years between breakfast and dinner, and it's quite acidic so I was thinking of taking it three times a day...
