Lifetime doesn’t pay for lifeguard certification?

I am a swim instructor at lifetime in a state with strict wage theft laws. I have to get lifeguard certified but they said you do not get paid for hours in training since they pay for the certification. Have others had the same experience? since it’s required and I’m employed, I’m surprised that it’s not paid.

Help with tight chest area

Hi! So i don’t have a great photo but i got this dress and then lost some weight so it had to get altered. Now the chest is quite tight so the bodice stays up and i have some spillage over the neckline. How do I tape my boobs to help with this? For reference I wear a 38B so I don’t have a ton to work with. My wedding is in 3 weeks so I don’t have time to make it work
