Parents are divorced and I’ve always gone between my mom and dad’s house. What’s an excuse to use to stop going over to his house without telling my mom everything?

fixing oral fixation
I think I have an oral fixation from everything that’s happened. I googled it and it makes sense. Has anyone gotten over this or is there any way to fix it so I’m not like this?
