[Academic] Why Did You Stop Using Mental Wellness Apps? (Everyone, 2–3 min)
Hi everyone,
Have you ever downloaded a mental wellness, mindfulness, meditation, or stress-management app and stopped using it after a while?
I'm conducting a UX research study as part of a design case study exploring why people stop using mental wellness apps and what features encourage long-term engagement.
