This is not my first time on GLP-1 I was originally on zepound injection (1.5 years ago) for 2 months of 2.5 mg and saw down 20 lbs in that time period, but had to stop due to insurance change.
Just got the pill, know when and how to take it. I was wondering if there are any other tips on how to make it more impactful. My friends on adderall say taking tums with it makes it more effective, obviously different meds but anything like that worth doing.
