Does Goodbye Goodbye have a studio version?

I know she has an acoustic of it she did on TikTok, but I think fans have said they’ve heard a produced unreleased studio version before? I could be wrong. Maybe it’s just that acoustic.

Bea’s style is so much better than before

Hey y’all. I’m a new Bea fan. I’ve been listening for a few months now. There’s something I’ve thought consistently about Bea since listening. I think she’s SO MUCH better now than in her early career. I think prior to Beatopia and Extended Play, her vocals and sound weren’t as polished. Like from Extended Play onwards, I think there’s a lot more character and identity to her singing. She has more dreamy, recognizable and infectious vocal quirks now.

People have compared the snippets of Pylon songs and Sun Has Set to Fake It Flowers, but her actual execution and delivery is sooo much better now. Sun Has Set is better than everything on Fake It Flowers really. I feel like there’s been a noticeable improvement in her vocal identity. Am I the only one who sees this? And I love the trajectory she’s on now.

How do y’all feel about Beabadoobee?

I think she’s awesome. I discovered her a few months ago when I was just trying to find more artists I may like if I love Paramore, and she’s great. I love her dreamy vocal aesthetic, her inflections, and the atmosphere of her songs. I don’t care much honestly for her stuff pre-Beatopia at least as of now. I feel like her style has become more developed and defined in recent albums and I look forward to her new stuff. If you haven’t, check out California, Beaches, 10:36, All I Did Was Dream of You (ft. The Maria’s). Some of her songs have this 2000s emo vibe to it, but she has her own unique style that really blends with the production.

Anyways, I’m done glazing now lol.

Feel Romantically Doomed

I honestly feel romantically doomed sometimes and I don’t know how to stop thinking this way.

I’ve had social anxiety since high school. Back then I was extremely reclusive, barely talked to people, and honestly didn’t even think relationships were realistic for me. College helped somewhat because I made friends and got more social exposure, but even then, most of my friendships came from classes, group settings, or repeated exposure. I’ve never been someone who naturally just walks up and talks to people.

Romantically, I’ve had a few experiences that affected me pretty hard. One situation in particular involved a girl I liked talking negatively about me to one of my best friends and later pursuing him. That situation honestly messed with my confidence a lot along with other college rejections. There was 3 to 4 in total. So I just feel undesirable really and like I’m in for a long process. Like I feel like I’m in for a long process of reps, getting comfortable socially around women, tries, etc before anything works out to the point where I’m hardly even motivated to do anything. Cause the road feels so long.

It’s bad too cause especially after college, I don’t have a natural pipeline to talk to women really. So even more now than ever before, I have to intentionally do it. Like I’ve thought about speaking to women at the gym and stuff, but all I can think about is it being an awkward conversation and it just being one event in a vortex of reps and a long process towards romance. And then I start thinking how the girl is gonna think I’m hitting on them and feel uncomfortable, and I feel weird when initiating connvos while feeling attraction, etc. I just don’t envision anything good or captivating from it.

Overall in every instance, I feel like I’m disadvantaged from the start, like a team that’s down 20 points in the 4th quarter when I see attractive women lmao. Like in every instance there’s near zero shot of a cool interaction, bond, or romance with a woman or anything developing. Like I already feel undesirable and that I’m in for a long road - potentially years of fails, interactions, etc - before I even do anything. I envision hopelessness really based on my my shyness, awkwardness, seeing firsthand really a girl’s disinterest, her mentioning my awkwardness and all that (the girl I mentioned earlier), and what women generally like (at least what I think is generally liked). Shoot, I feel sometimes that nothing will ever work out at all, and I’ll be alone all my life.

I don’t know if anyone really feels this way or sees existential doom like I do. But yeah lol.

It’s commonly asked in the Do Me A Solid episode what Mordecai was doing at the end, but what was Muscle Man showing Eileen and Margaret when Mordo and Rigs were talking in the kitchen? He says “Hey ladies. Look what else I can do with my ice cream sandwich. 👀” in the background.

I don’t know how popular my opinion is really. I’m sure a lot of fans don’t mind Mina’s place in AEW much, but I really wish she wasn’t just eating pins every week. At least that’s how it feels to me. I think Mina is a really likeable babyface, has charisma and a cool aesthetic (just like Willow Nightingale imo). I think she deserves a world title reign.

I get why Tony Khan might not be pushing her though. She’s not spectacular in ring and AEW is more of a workrate company, but I think Mina is still great even outside of that. Idk, I just think she deserves more than just the Toni Storm story, being on Collision sometimes, and always losing on Dynamite 😂. Just seeing how others feel about it.
