Given their strong similarities, would they get along?

If benson fired Mordecai and rigby much sooner, what would they have done?

I think mordecai could find another job but probably have to live back with his parents for a while. since he does have both a drivers license and his high school diploma but can’t just slack off as much anymore since the next boss probably won’t give him so much slack.

as for rIgby not sure on him. I think he’d be forced to face the music and improve his life sooner. probably get a GED, get his license as he hits rock bottom.

i think working at the park and not getting fired allowed them both to not develop meaningfully for a while.
