I choose the lava monster!

I choose the lava monster!
So, instead of helping Cody with Sierra, she focused on trying to get Heather voted out, and when she FINALLY wanted to help Cody, it was too late because Cody voted for Sierra and she lost the tiebreaker.
I'm going to miss BFDIA a lot, this season was the funniest season... I'm proud of Book and Needle for reaching the finale, even if Needle didn't win, I'm proud of her and Book.
This episode is the best finale 🥹
Now get ready pals, IDFB and the Defeat One trilogy are coming!
Since BFDI Nickel is very silly :3
Explanation of each one:
Alejandro: Alejandro is not only my favorite G1 character, but also, in my opinion, the best villain because of his excellent charisma and strategies, in addition to being my favorite finalist.
Scott: Initially, Scott wasn't my favorite character, but in the end, he became my favorite ROTI character because, for me, he was the only one who remained entertaining in All-Stars, along with Lightning and Alejandro.
Shawn: I sympathize with him, and besides, I really liked his character arc.
Wayne: He is very funny and nice :3
Emma (RR): Emma (RR) is literally me, she's my favorite character overall because of how much I identify with her when it comes to doing things, and I understand how she feels. Also, I ship Nemma, lol.
Don: Of all the presenters, Don is the most consistent for me, plus I like his sense of humor.
Priya: For me, she's not overrated by the fanbase, but by the series itself. Honestly, I don't see the need for her to go far again when she could have easily been an early merge boot.
Geoff: I'm surprised at how underrated he is, but seriously, his development is really good, he's quite fun, and his dynamics are good.
Mal: Everything about Mal is wrong, from being a poor representation of DID, having too much plot armor, being very edgy, and having a terrible ending.
Emma (TDI): She used to be one of my favorite characters in TDI23, but she declined quite a bit with TDI24, to be honest.
Ripper: I didn't like him before, but the second season of the reboot made me like him more.
Millie: I'm simply indifferent to her.
Episode 10 "Samurai Max": The episode begins with Jasmine, Scarlett, and Max watching the security camera footage. Max asks Scarlett how long they'll have to keep going through the security cameras, to which Scarlett pats him on the head, saying that once the merge happens, they'll stop going in there to avoid suspicion. Max then tells Jasmine that if he leaves, he hopes she can ally with Scarlett, to which Jasmine promises. Jasmine says in a confessional that Topher is a complicated challenge, but Jasmine knows one thing: what goes up must come down.
Meanwhile, Sam tells Dakota that he's tired of how Topher has treated him like a lackey, so Sam proposes betraying him. Dakota tells him they won't betray him... but they will use manipulation against him. Sam tells Dakota that even though he wants to leave the alliance now, he likes Dakota's plan. But Sam tells Dakota they'll need allies, to which Dakota replies that she already knows who to ask for help. Dakota says in a confessional that she didn't take the game seriously before, but now she's willing to play, because even though she didn't come for the money—she has plenty—she came to show how someone who became a mutant and now is a human again can change the world.
Meanwhile, with Amy and Dave, Dave says he has an idea to stop Sky from competing: damaging her legs, since they're one of her best assets for challenges. Amy says that's diabolical and intriguing, while she strokes Dave's chin. Then Amy tells Dave it's time to find something to damage Sky's legs. Meanwhile, Sammy tries to talk to Mike, telling him she knows how it feels to be emotionally manipulated because of the manipulation she suffered at the hands of her father and Amy. Sammy tells Mike she won't abandon him and will actually help him, hugging him. What Sammy doesn't notice is that Mike doesn't even seem motivated to react. Mike then sees Amy and Dave and only wants to do one thing: make them pay for everything they did to him.
Jo, on the other hand, goes to Jasmine, Scarlett, and Max to tell them something. She says she regrets not voting for Topher and that if she voted for Zoey, it was to save herself. She reminds them of what she said in episode 8: instead of focusing so much on eliminating Topher, they should focus on winning the challenges. Scarlett then tells Jo that as much as she understands how Jo thinks, she must understand that there are members who can't be trusted, and Topher is one of them. However, Scarlett acknowledges that they must continue winning challenges, but hopes Jo will remain loyal to the alliance. Jo later says in a confessional that she doesn't like being bossed around, saying that she's supposed to be leading and that the two of them had resolved this issue before, but it seems the problem wasn't actually solved, only alleviated.
Dakota and Sam go to Ella and Anne Maria, with Dakota telling Ella and Anne Maria to remind her about the previous episode. Anne Maria says that if Jo joins Topher's alliance, they must eliminate Jo. Ella asks a good question: How will they know if Jo has joined the alliance? Sam replies that they'll see when she votes one of the alliance members against Topher. Moving on to B, he now carries the burden of being the team's brains, a burden he remembers from Revenge of the Island, when Scott eliminated him early on. Dawn arrives and tells him that the past is the past, and that now there's a golden opportunity, since with Scott gone, B can finally show his true potential.
Meanwhile, Sky goes to talk to Lightning and asks if everything that happened to Dave is her fault. The constant blame has overwhelmed her so much that she now genuinely believes it's all her fault, causing her anguish. Lightning tells Sky to ignore Dave, explaining that Dave is just jealous of her Olympic success and his failure. Sky says she's serious and believes she might deserve everyone's contempt, but Lightning tells her not to believe that, and that she shouldn't let Dave keep playing the victim and blaming her for everything, because ultimately, Dave is also guilty; it's just that his ego isn't letting him see it.
Lightning tells Sky that the best thing would be to keep living and exercising to keep up with Lightning, to keep maintaining that impressive physique, although Sky laughs a little, saying that despite Lightning's comment, what he said cheered her up, so Sky thanks him as she leaves. Sugar comes out of the trash, saying she saw that, and says in a confessional that she's going to be their mother-in-law and hopes they have lots of kids so that Sugar can teach them not to be like Dave.
Then Chris presses an air horn and calls everyone, with Brick being the first to arrive, though he collapses from exhaustion. When the other Dark Brains arrive, Sammy tells Brick that being the first to arrive was impressive and that she wants Brick to teach her how. Brick (a little tired) agrees before collapsing again. Sugar then arrives with a barrel of water and throws it at Brick to help him up, which he manages to do. Chris then tells them that the challenge will be based on the "Bad Future" trope inspired by Samurai Jack, while Chef appears as Jack and makes samurai cuts with a katana, which accidentally cuts Chris's hair while everyone laughs.
Chris then explains the challenge: each contestant will have someone representing Aku, who will be in the typical base of the villain of the week. The idea is to overthrow this villain, but it won't be easy, because there will be obstacles preventing them from continuing. The first team to defeat the villain wins, but they must defeat the villain with a katana. Max tries to use the katana to look like a samurai, but accidentally cuts Scarlett's glasses. Max immediately apologizes, but Scarlett calms him down, saying it's okay and that she'll find a solution.
Then Topher volunteers as the villain the Dark Brains must defeat, and Amy and Dave will be the villains the Light Loonatics will defeat. After that, Chris orders several animals to be released, which begin destroying everything in their path. Once everything is a mess, Chef gets angry with Chris for doing that, to which Chris replies that he only did it to give the challenge a more sinister, future-oriented feel. After that, Brick talks to the Dark Brains and tells them how to get into Topher's base, and then Brick has an idea and starts analyzing where they should enter. While B analyzes the situation, Dawn suggests that Sugar and Lightning go ahead due to their immense stamina, and they would help them advance. Sky asks how they would do that, so Lightning grabs Sugar like a battering ram and charges at several interns dressed as Aku's Minions, easily knocking them down.
Brick doesn't understand how Sugar managed to withstand that, to which Sky replies that Sugar is... Sugar in a good way. After that, Brick leads everyone forward. The Light Loonatics, meanwhile, decide who to send to break down the door, choosing Jasmine. Jo says she's strong enough for it, but her team has already gone ahead, and Jo gets jealous. In a confessional, Jo says it's unbelievable that her team keeps making the same mistake of underestimating her, but if her team doesn't care about her, then she shouldn't care about them either. Topher, watching from afar, sees what Jo is going through, and he smiles knowingly, saying in a confessional that it's the perfect opportunity to eliminate someone, and he already knows who.
Back with the Dark Brains, they move forward until an intern dressed as the Pig Sheriff appears. He offers them a challenge: they have to speak faster than him. But because the intern speaks so fast, almost no one understands him. The only one who does is B, who, without saying a word, accepts the challenge. Brick just hopes B wins, and everyone starts cheering him on, which makes him smile. The intern raps faster than Eminem, but B pulls out a device that repeats what the intern says at twice the speed, making the intern realize they've won and let them pass.
Moving on to the Light Loonatics, they continue advancing until lava guns fall, and a giant robot appears. Chris, in the distance, says that this robot should resemble the Lava Monster, but it ends up looking more like a Transformer. So Chris says they just have to defeat the robot, and when they seem to succeed by shooting it, there's a problem: Ella doesn't know how to use a weapon like this. Scarlett tells Ella to trust herself and that she should only shoot the part she wants to shoot. And Anne Maria says the following in Chilean slang: "Disparale en el pico" (Shoot it in the ****), to which Ella (thinking Anne Maria meant something else) shoots the robot in the mouth, and Anne Maria facepalms, saying in a confessional that she meant Ella should shoot the robot in the crotch.
After that, the robot grabs Scarlett and is about to take her away, but Max uses his katana to try and damage the robot, without success, although the robot manages to release Scarlett. Then Jo shoots the robot in the head, easily defeating it. Jo tells her team that they must now trust her, but Anne Maria and Ella clearly don't, which stresses Jo out. In a confessional, Jo says that she must now take the riskiest option, one that could either benefit her or ruin her; there's no middle ground.
After that, Amy asks Dave if everything is alright, to which Dave asks why she cares about him. Amy tries to deny it, but admits that she does care about Dave, saying that if she could, she would let him stay at home, albeit with her conditions. Dave tells her that he really enjoys seeing Amy's "less evil" side, even though he enjoys causing chaos with her. Amy then tells Dave that, like a good boy, he should sabotage the Light Loonatics, and in return, he will earn a large reward.
The Dark Brains then continue onward until they reach the final stretch before Topher, where they are surprised by something unexpected. Chris decided to bring mutants from the island to prevent them from reaching Topher. Among the mutants are a two-headed worm, an abandoned intern who became a gargoyle, and some interns who are now Robotic Orges. Then Dawn tells everyone that she'll take care of the worm. Sammy says it's dangerous, but Dawn tells her to trust her, because if she could handle the Feral Intern, then she can handle the worm.
Sugar then asks what they'll do with the others, and that's when B decides to give the instructions in sign language, but Brick helps him so it's not too difficult. The instructions are: Dawn and B himself will take care of the worm, Sugar, Lightning, and Sky will take care of the gargoyle intern, and finally, Mike, Brick, and Sammy will take care of the Robotic Orges interns. Then they both begin to face the mutants, with an aesthetic similar to the fights in Samurai Jack. Dawn then tries to calm the worm, and surprisingly, she succeeds, but... an intern appears and shoots electric charges at the worm, making it more aggressive, and this worm begins to chase Dawn.
Meanwhile, Sky manages to dodge all of the gargoyle intern's attacks, then distracts him by taunting him with, "How does it feel to be humiliated by an Olympian?" This makes the gargoyle intern angry, and he grabs Sky roughly. Sky tries to break free, but the intern squeezes her hands too tightly. Lightning arrives to save Sky, not only kicking the intern to the ground, but also delivering a flurry of punches, finishing with a wrestling move while saying "Sha-Bam!" which impresses Sky. Even so, the gargoyle intern gets up and kicks Lightning in the back. But Sky gets up, and with Sugar's help, they take down the intern and finally defeat him.
Sky and Lightning high-five as Sky thanks Lightning for helping her, and Sugar continues kicking the intern. Meanwhile, Brick faces the Robotic Orges, but they overwhelmingly outnumber him. He asks Sammy for help, and she's unsure what to do until she sees her cheerleading boots. She decides to use one to hit one of the Robotic Orges, but they are still overwhelmingly outnumbered. Then Mike pulls out the katana he brought with the team and finishes off the enemies with chilling efficiency like Samurai Jack.
While the team is impressed by Mike's feat, he says something that sounds out of place: "Those monsters didn't escape my justice." He then tells everyone they have to keep going because there are two people who must pay for what they did, though they correct him, saying they're after Topher. Mike's different personalities worry that he's slowly changing, and then Svetlana finds a letter that deeply affects her. It says, "This is the right thing to do." Moving on to the Light Loonatics, they're advancing to the final stage before reaching Amy and Dave. This stage is interesting: one of them has to score 10,000 points in a Tetris-like game, but the longer they take, the more Tetris pieces will fall and crush the team.
Everyone chooses Sam to do the challenge because of his video game knowledge, so he starts playing. Even though he's doing well, Dakota tells him to hurry because the blocks are getting closer. Sam is afraid of seeing his team die, but motivation strikes, and he says he won't let anyone die. In the end, he manages to score the 10,000 points to save his team, with everyone congratulating him and Dakota kissing him. After that, both teams reach the final bosses at the same time, and Chris tells them it's time to sing. The song that plays is similar to "Monster" by KIRA, and while Dave and Amy sing, Ella decides to join in near the end to release all the stress Dave caused her.
After that, the teams are ready to face their final bosses, who have shadows reflecting Aku. There's a joke where Sugar says that instead of focusing so much on them staring at each other, the fight should start already. First, the Light Loonatics can't decide who to send to finish off Amy and Dave, so Scarlett tells Jo to take care of Amy while she deals with Dave. Jo then tells Amy that she'll show her why she made it to the Revenge of the Island final as she chases after her. After that, Scarlett and Dave seem to have a fast-paced duel reminiscent of Samurai Jack fights, and then Scarlett tells Dave that she'll show him why she's part of The Resistance, and she uses a karate move that knocks him out.
But even so, Dave attacks Scarlett's leg, which makes Max angry, and he goes to attack him with his katana, succeeding in knocking him out. Dave then pretends to be remorseful for everything, but no one believes him anymore, and when he begs Ella to help him get back on his feet, she responds with a cold, "I'm not falling for your lies again," and then Amy takes Dave and the two run away. Jo tells her team they should go after them, but they focus on Scarlett and Ella, so Jo grabs the katana and decides to pursue Amy and Dave. Moving on to the Dark Brains, they have a clear plan against Topher: to constantly follow him until he has no escape. This is difficult because every time they surround him, Topher goes another way to avoid them and prevent them from hitting him with the katana.
Sammy decides to distract him by telling him his hair looks good, and while Topher is showing off his hair, Mike takes advantage and hits him with the katana, giving his team the victory. Jo was about to beat Amy, which angers Jo, who says in a confessional that her team focused more on emotional issues than winning the challenge. When the Light Loonatics realize they've lost, Dakota says they've lost so many challenges that it's become a habit, although she adds that at least they're no longer on that losing streak they had in the first few episodes, where they lost three challenges in a row.
Jo then gets angry with her team and tells them they should have helped her instead of wasting time. Jasmine tells her that sometimes you have to put the game aside and focus on the emotional side, but Jo says they could have done that after the challenge. Scarlett says she's sorry about what's been happening, but promises Jo that everything will get better. Jo doesn't believe her and leaves, which makes Scarlett feel bad. After that, Chris tells the Dark Brains that their reward is drawings of themselves by Genndy Tartakovsky. Amy says she doesn't understand why they drew her ugly, but Mike is worried when he sees himself because his drawing makes him look like Mal.
Before the ceremony, Scarlett talks to Max and asks if she ruined everything. She's been one of the team's main focuses, but now she thinks it's her fault for what's been happening to the team recently. Max then comforts her, saying that she tried everything to help her team, and that for him, that's what matters most, especially considering how much she's grown. Scarlett hugs him, and Max hugs her back. After that, Jo meets with Topher, who tells her how he's noticed Jo feeling isolated from her team. Jo doesn't deny it, saying she's frustrated about it. Topher tells her there's a golden opportunity to regain the team's attention by eliminating the person who stole it. Jo agrees and says that this time, she'll join the alliance to secure her position in the game. Meanwhile, Topher says in a confessional that everything is falling into place perfectly.
At the elimination ceremony, Chris says it must be a habit for the Light Loonatics to have an elimination ceremony by now, but that doesn't matter, because the person eliminated is... Scarlett. The vote was 4-3-2 (4 votes for Scarlett from Topher, Jo, Dakota, and Sam; 3 votes for Topher from Scarlett, Jasmine, and Max; and 2 votes for Jo from Anne Maria and Ella). Scarlett is shocked to have been eliminated, but what shocks her most is that Jo decided to vote for her. Scarlett says she tried to make peace with Jo, help her, and even felt bad for her, and that's how Jo decides to thank her. Jo tells Scarlett that she had stolen all the attention and that everything revolved around her, with Jo saying things like, "Hey guys, look how Scarlett is back in the spotlight again."
Scarlett says they could have done several things together, but Jo tells Scarlett that it was only so she could take center stage while Jo was relegated to the background again. Before the situation escalates, Max pulls them apart, telling Scarlett that he regrets not preventing it, but Scarlett tells him it's not his fault, and that she actually admires him a lot for being there for her. Max then says he's going to miss her, but Scarlett says they'll see each other after the game as she says goodbye.
Max then tells her that before she goes, he wants to do one last thing, and that's when he decides to kiss Scarlett, who receives the kiss with complete warmth and gratitude. Max says that Scarlett always made him feel protected, and that she has been much more than a friend; she has been such an important person to him that he became the best version of himself. Scarlett doesn't deny that she also felt protected by Max. When everything happened—being Chris's intern, saving Alejandro, and becoming the new leader of The Resistance after Commander Fox's death—Scarlett felt a lot of pressure, but being near Max relieved her of so much stress.
Scarlett tells Max that now that they both feel the same way, she's ready for a relationship, telling him that she doesn't care what Max looks like because what matters most to her is his heart. Scarlett tells Max that now is his time to shine on his own, and that if he could, he'd kick Topher's ass for her. Scarlett then tells everyone that she learned a lot in this game, but that she's grown a lot since then, and wishes everyone good luck in the competition, except Topher. Max says goodbye to Scarlett, telling her he loves her, and Scarlett thinks the same as she gets on the Lame-o-sine.
Max says in a confessional that he's sad to lose Scarlett, but now he'll do everything he can to expose Topher for what he did. Topher says in a confessional that taking Scarlett out was so satisfying, and that now that she's gone, and with less opposition against him, the whole team is under his control. Sam says in a confessional that he's very proud of Max for what he did, saying he feels like a proud father seeing his son get a girlfriend. The last confessional is Dakota saying something's wrong, because something must have happened for Jo to vote with Topher again.
At the end, Dave says he doesn't care anymore that Ella doesn't want to talk to him, because he has Amy by his side. Amy says he's a good guy, but then Mike arrives and Amy tries to tease him, but she's intimidated by the hateful glare Mike gives her. Amy says she didn't expect Mike to become so scary, and that in this case, they should do something to get rid of him.
In an exclusive clip, Scarlett says that Topher clearly had something to do with her elimination, but Scarlett will make sure to get her revenge just like she did last season. Aside from that, she's happy to be with Max, and hopes he goes further than Topher and Jo.
She was just being silly, lol
To be honest, this debate is exhausting me, from Sierra fans trying to minimize her most serious actions, to Cody fans doing the same thing, but with Cody himself. As someone who's a fan of both, I'm simply tired of this repetitive cycle. I mean, I like both characters, but I condemn their more questionable actions, and despite that, I still appreciate them.
I just want fans of these two to stop making the same mistakes over and over again <:c
While haters still exist, back then it was worse because you couldn't breathe easy without a Pencil hater like Kooldood coming along to tell you they didn't like the character while farming karma with posts hating on her.
I just hope that with the Defeat One arc, Pencil's haters will significantly decrease <:(

I mentioned this in NoLocal's own post, where he highlighted a scene in which One seems to acknowledge that she's gone too far and won't be able to win back her old friends. I mention this because later in the scene, One tells Pencil, "But not for you," implying that Pencil still has a chance to redeem herself.
So, while both did questionable things, the main difference I see is this: Pencil still has people who care about her (Pen and Match), while One has no one to help her. And even if Four felt bad for One for sealing her on the moon, and the other Algebraliens had no alternative because they didn't know how to deal with situations like this, One reacted the worst after being freed.
The key for me here is TPOT 19, because aside from what I mentioned earlier, there's something that strikes me as a good contrast. When Pencil saw Grassy crying, she put him in the vent to keep him safe. In contrast, when One sees a defenseless alien, do you know what she does? She kills it. She didn't put it in a safe place, she didn't even show it mercy, she simply killed it to demonstrate that she's beyond redemption. And in TPOT 20, she even destroys an entire planet to go after Nine, killing many people who had nothing to do with it.
In TPOT 21, what I said is further solidified, since Match, despite everything Pencil did, wants to help her because she saw it before. Even though Bubble doesn't like Pencil, she's willing to help Match help Pencil, showing that the writers want to redeem Pencil.
And on top of that, the "Defeat One" trilogy, lol
In conclusion, I hope Pencil redeems herself, proving that even though both went through similar situations with Four, Pencil still has a chance to redeem herself while One doesn't.
This what-if scenario really interested me, so I'm sharing it.
Everyone escapes (even Knife escapes) but when Cobs is about to kill them, MePhone4 decides to offer himself to be taken by Cobs in exchange of letting the contestants safe MePhone4 do this to save the contestants from suffering a fate worse than dead, but the contestants at the end, will do his best to save him.
In this ending, Cobs would get what he wanted; he would take MePhone4, and he would have to follow everything he said, and besides, he would continue exploiting the resources he was exploiting.
Even so, the contestants would be ready to rescue him, and the fourth season would be about them rescuing MePhone4, and Cobs' true defeat would happen in the fourth season.
The bad thing is that Poppy doesn't exist, which is a shame.
I hope you liked it, I know this what-if was a bit short, but oh well, I hope you found it interesting :3
Episode 9 "Time Squad": The episode begins with Mike in bed, reflecting on the events of the previous episode. He's so remorseful for what he did that he wishes he could travel back in time to undo it. But deep within his subconscious, his other personalities sense that something sinister is brewing in Mike's mind. Svetlana asks Chester if what they're witnessing is real, and Chester confirms it. He decides to gather the other personalities to tell them about a personality that feeds on negative emotions: Mal.
Chester explains that Mal emerged from the traumatic experiences Mike endured in his childhood. What makes Mal terrifying is that his actions weren't motivated by malice, but rather acted as a defense mechanism to protect Mike from mistreatment and abuse. However, his methods were far from ideal. Then one day, Mal mysteriously vanished. Chester doesn't know where he went, but he hasn't seen him since. But now, with everything Amy and Dave have done, it seems Mal will return. No one knows when, but he will definitely return, and this time, he will protect Mike very well.
The next day, Sammy is walking when she sees Cameron. Sammy asks if he needs anything, and Cameron tells her he needs her help because yesterday he realized who helped eliminate Zoey. Sammy is interested in knowing who it was, and Cameron tells her it was Amy. This prompts Sammy to tell Cameron that she is willing to help him avenge Zoey. Meanwhile, with Amy and Dave, Dave asks Amy if she really cares about him. Amy lies, saying she doesn't, but in a confessional, Amy admits that... deep down, she does care about Dave, she just doesn't show it.
Then Cameron arrives with Sammy, and Cameron accuses Amy of playing mental games with Mike. Amy says she doesn't care because, after all, it's just a game, but Cameron tells her that strategic manipulation is one thing, and emotional manipulation is quite another, and that's exactly what Amy and Dave did. Cameron tells Amy that her days in the competition are numbered because he'll make sure she will be out. Amy smiles confidently, saying that she can eliminate him, but that won't erase the damage she's done, while Dave calls her "Maleficent." Amy tells Dave that she is and always will be proudly evil.
Meanwhile, with Sky and Lightning, Sky asks who found the last key, to which Lightning replies that it was Mike (Manitoba Smith). So, neither of them found the key. Suddenly, Sugar arrives, saying she had a great time at the Katz Motel, although the only thing she didn't like was the large number of spiders that kept her from sleeping. Sugar then asks who found the key, and Lightning repeats that it was Mike. Sky says that if either of them finds the key, they should do something specific.
Sugar then has an idea: to "make up," Lightning and Sky should eat spaghetti together. Sky is suspicious of this but eats anyway, telling Lightning that whoever finishes last is a rotten egg. As they are finishing their meal, Lightning accidentally chokes on a spoon, so Sky picks him up to help him spit it out. Lightning later says in a confessional that he didn't expect Sky to be strong enough for that. Lightning then tells Sky that he will do something to prove he is stronger than her, and he demonstrates this by lifting up Sugar. However, Lightning accidentally sends her flying, with Sugar saying that it was fun.
Then, to Sugar's surprise, Ella comes over and asks if they can talk alone. Sugar agrees, telling Lightning and Sky not to make out while she's gone. Sugar then asks Ella what she needs, and Ella says she's noticed Sugar has improved in several ways and has given up many of her old habits, like treating Ella badly. Sugar tells Ella she didn't know what she was doing was called "changing for the better." She thought she'd improve with someone's help, but she didn't realize that her friendship with Sky has been helping her a lot, even if it doesn't seem like it.
Ella tells Sugar that to continue showing she's changed, she needs to do it with actions. Ella says that unlike Dave, she's on the right track, and Sugar is glad things are going well and that she doesn't have to resort to her old habits from last season. Meanwhile, Brick looks in the mirror and talks to himself about how he should confess his feelings to Sammy, though he ends up feeling embarrassed because he's a bit shy about it.
B, meanwhile, searches for the Emotional Bot but can't find it. We then discover where it is: Mike is using the robot on himself. The Emotional Bot tells Mike he's not doing well emotionally, appearing defeated and lost in life. The robot recommends Mike go to therapy and seek help, but Mike doesn't respond to the robot's recommendation because his mind is focused on other things. Meanwhile, Scarlett takes Jasmine and Max to the monitor room. Jasmine and Max ask Scarlett why she brought them there, to which Scarlett replies that what she's about to show them will help them in the long run.
Scarlett then plays the DVD showing Topher's actions. Jasmine then realizes something: Topher not only caused Shawn's elimination but also deliberately lost the challenge to get him eliminated. Jasmine says she'll do everything she can to avenge Shawn, and that Topher will pay for it. Max then asks Scarlett what would happen if Topher finds the DVD, to which Scarlett replies that it would be their downfall, but as long as none of the three of them are the target, everything will be fine.
Meanwhile, Sam goes to Topher, telling him he didn't like voting for Zoey. Topher says that in games like this, people have to make drastic decisions to advance, and if at some point his entire alliance is going to betray each other, Topher will try to adapt. Sam then asks what will happen when he's no longer useful to him, to which Topher admits that he would only take Dakota to the final because her influence would help him go far, but for now, the others are expendable. Sam then asks Topher what he can do to avoid being discarded, to which Topher replies that he must do as he's told. Sam, speaking in a confessional, says he'd rather be Staci than remain Topher's lackey.
Meanwhile, Anne Maria and Ella walk over to Jo. Anne Maria asks if Jo is allied with Topher, to which Jo replies that what happened yesterday was temporary, and besides, Anne Maria and Ella are supposed to be in his alliance. Anne Maria admits this is true as Jo leaves. Ella then asks Anne Maria what they'll do, to which Anne Maria replies that they'll stay in the alliance, but when Jo joins, they'll abandon Topher's alliance. Dakota overhears this and approaches them, proposing a deal: if Jo joins Topher's alliance, they'll vote against Jo. Anne Maria and Ella like the idea. Dakota says in a confessional that she doesn't like how Topher is acting towards her, and that sooner or later, she'll betray him. Dakota says that if Topher eliminates Sam, he's done for.
Then Chris presses an air horn and all the contestants rush out. Chris then tells them that this challenge will be special because it will be a virtual reality challenge, based on Time Squad and primarily on the time travel trope. Chris says that each team must return a Total Drama event to its normal state; the team that does it best wins. Everyone puts on the VR headsets, and the two teams find themselves in different seasons (the Dark Brains are in Revenge of the Island, and the Light Loonatics are in Pahkitew Island).
The Dark Brains wonder what "what-if" scenario they're in, and it's revealed that they're now in a "what-if" where those who were inside the cave in "A Mine Is a Terrible Thing to Waste" (Anne Maria, Brick, Cameron, Jo, Lightning, Mike, Scott, and Zoey) ended up suffering the same fate as Dakota: beginning to show signs of mutation. Amy tells Cameron that his "what-if" version looks repulsive, to which Cameron replies that he may look repulsive, but at least he still has a heart, unlike Amy.
Brick doesn't understand what they have to do, to which Cameron says that, like in Time Squad, they must prevent that future from happening and fix the timeline. In this case, canonically, only Dakota mutates, not them, but when they were about to travel to a certain point to prevent the event, their versions begin to mutate. Moving on to the Light Loonatics, they're in a curious "what if" scenario: what would have happened if Scarlett had won? In this scenario, Scarlett would face Shawn and win, with Sammy congratulating Scarlett and Max celebrating her victory.
Max says he would have liked Scarlett to actually win, but he's still happy she made it this season. However, Jasmine remembers that third place was going to be Chris's intern, and that third place is Sky, which triggers memories for Scarlett about her own internship experience. Ella, for her part, sees the Dave from the What-If scenario, and although that Dave had his flaws, he's quite different from the current one. Anne Maria tells Ella that what happened isn't her fault, as she hugs her.
Back with the Dark Brains, they see the mutant versions, some of them quite... horrifying: Cameron (from the What-If scenario) now has a gigantic brain the size of Mojo Jojo's; Jo only increases in size and becomes more muscular, but doesn't undergo any other changes; Scott has grown rat ears, a tail, and teeth, becoming a rat-man. Zoey's head is now a flower, the same flower she wore in her hair, but other than that, her body doesn't undergo any other changes; Lightning doesn't change physically, he's just surrounded by electricity, although everything he touches receives high electrical charges. Mike is the most horrifying, having become a mutant with multiple heads, each one reflecting his multiple personalities. Anne Maria now resembles Tyler from IOTS, and finally, Brick is now a being half skeleton on the bottom and half human on top. Even so, his heart is visible, reflecting that within all that toxicity, there is a human being with a heart.
Everyone is horrified by this. Cameron says they must prevent it from happening, but before they can travel, his mutated version starts attacking him. Brick then goes to Cameron's defense and kicks his mutant version in the face, saying he won't let a comrade die. Dawn, meanwhile, is dealing with Scott. Dawn tries to calm him down, but the animal instincts Scott acquired after mutating prevent her. Dawn says in a confessional that it's quite ironic that Scott, someone who was in the Toxic Rats, ended up becoming a rat, though Dawn says that even if she doesn't like Scott, he doesn't deserve a fate like this.
Mike is terrified to see the mutated version of Zoey. She rushes toward him, yelling things like, "Why?" and "Why did you hurt me like this?" Mike tries to apologize, but Amy tells him that this Zoey is an AI, not the real one. Amy then manipulates Mike, telling him that Zoey will never forgive him for what he did. This leads Mike to say in a confessional that he wants to tie Amy to a post and have everyone throw garbage at her so she knows what a piece of trash she is. But then Mike stops, realizing he's said something he never intended to. Mike doesn't know what's happening to him and fears the worst. Meanwhile, in Mike's subconscious, Manitoba Smith is the first personality to notice what's going on, telling the other personalities that their worst fears are closer to becoming reality than they think.
Lightning, meanwhile, says he's going to take care of Jo and her mutant version. Lightning's mutant version greets him, but when Lightning tries to greet him, Sky stops him, telling him not to touch him because if he does, he'll get electric shocks. Then Sugar arrives dressed as Officer Beauregard "Buck" Tuddrussel, saying she'll take care of those mutant versions herself. But when she approaches Jo's mutated version, Jo easily kicks her away. Brick, for his part, sees his mutated self and tries to calm his mutant version so it won't attack him. But then he realizes that the mutant version isn't attacking him; instead, it's trying to hug him. Although Brick initially refuses, he decides to do it because beneath a disturbing appearance, there's a heart that knows how to love.
And then the mutated version of Brick sees that Sammy is in danger against the mutant version of Anne Maria, so the mutated version of Brick decides to betray the group of mutants and attacks the mutated Anne Maria, knocking her out. Even so, this causes almost all the mutants to turn against him, with Lightning and Mike being the only ones who don't. The mutated version of Mike summons tentacles from behind and grabs Amy, and all the heads begin to speak to her, "But what happened, Amanda? Why do you seem to be the one who's scared now? It seems... that people like you who only hurt others for no reason are destined to fail." After that, Amy says in a confessional that if she already managed to break up Mike and Zoey's relationship, now she'll make sure Mike has no one left.
After they get rid of the mutants, Sky asks what would have happened to them if they hadn't done something. Chris, from the real world, tells them that he probably would have let the army take them and then kill them, which leaves everyone speechless. Cameron then says that the only thing left to do is travel to prevent that from happening, but just as they're about to travel, Dave destroys the device that allowed them to travel. Not only that, Amy throws the device into the water to make sure they can't travel.
Sky asks him why he did that, to which Dave replies that it's part of his revenge, because his plan is to lose so he can eliminate Sky, even though everyone tells him it's more likely he'll leave before Sky does. But Dave says they don't know what will happen, and when it does, it will be satisfying to see them react against him, though Sugar brings him back down to earth by telling him that in his attempt to make them take him seriously, he's only making himself look more ridiculous. And when everyone gives him a taste of his own medicine, Dave complains that everyone is mean to him.
Dave asks Sugar when she became wise, to which Sugar replies that she ate a toxic marshmallow. Sky doesn't understand how Sugar survived that, so Sugar says in a confessional that if she found a marshmallow like that in real life, she would use it to have electricity for the rest of her life. Dave then tells Sky that it's her fault because she's the reason he's in this state, and therefore, if Dave wants to end his problems, he'll have to erase Sky from both the VR and reality. But after that, Lightning gets angry with Dave and says, "Listen here, you spoiled brat who thinks he's Hades, or Loki, or whatever, but if you try to hurt the most amazing girl I've ever met, I'll make sure you regret it." Dave then challenges him, and since Lightning is true to his word... he grabs him and throws him in a trash can, saying that's where he belongs.
Sky then asks Lightning if she really is the most amazing girl to him, to which Lightning tries to deny that he said that to avoid looking weak, but Sugar finishes it off, "Congratulations, you gave yourself away." Dawn then tells everyone that they've been so caught up in the drama that they forgot to do anything to get back, and then B has an idea: to use objects from the island to build a time machine and travel.
Back with the Light Loonatics, they watch the Scarlett from the What-If scenario to see how she would have been received, and then they see the harsh reality: even with the million, Scarlett's parents just say "congratulations" and that's it, without any enthusiasm, nothing, like an empty saucer. However, what surprises the real Scarlett the most is that her brother does congratulate her, and that he's actually proud of how she's changed, which touches Scarlett. Anne Maria then says the following in Chilean slang: "Ese viejo culiao me cae como una patada en el choro" (That old bastard gets on my nerves), to which Scarlett replies that the old man is her father. Ella tells Scarlett she's sorry her parents don't love her, but she's still glad Scarlett isn't like them and has improved as a person, even helping Sammy eliminate Amy.
Max then tells Scarlett that her team admires her a lot, and that in fact, her redemption has inspired others to be themselves, including Max himself. After that, Scarlett hugs Max, and he hugs her back. Dakota also wants to hug Scarlett, but Topher tells her not to hug the enemy, which makes Sam tell Topher to put his resentment aside and appreciate the moment. It's then that Sam remembers something: in this what-if scenario, Sky is an intern, and they have to go rescue her and then travel to prevent that what-if scenario from happening.
But when they were about to travel, Scarlett saw the "what-if" version of Commander Fox. Shocked at the sight, Scarlett went to hug this version because, even though the real one was dead, for Scarlett, it was a joy to see Commander Fox one last time. This version of Commander Fox hugged Scarlett as if he were her father, and then he told everyone to help him rescue Sky. Dakota said that knowing Sky, she would dodge all of Chris's traps while taking selfies and liking fan art of "Larry 3000 x Buck Tuddrussel." Almost no one got the reference, but Dakota said Sam was the one who gave her the idea.
Joking aside, Jasmine told them they had to go rescue Sky as quickly as possible, and they all set off to rescue her. Meanwhile, the Sky from the what-if scenario, upon finding Alejandro, decides to carry him. When the encounter with Chris occurs, canonically, Commander Fox also intervenes, but now with more companions. Chris is confident in their presence, but Anne Maria then pulls out a hairspray and tells everyone to cover up because it has a strong scent that only she can tolerate.
Ella doesn't understand what Anne Maria wants to do until she asks anyone for a lighter. Scarlett tells her that's dangerous because it could start a fire, but Anne Maria says she'll do anything to stop "Il Diavolo" (The Devil in Italian). Commander Fox gives her the lighter, but Ella says it could kill her. Anne Maria says she's in a VR what-if scenario, so she'll be fine in the real world. Ella says goodbye to Anne Maria as everyone flees. Anne Maria releases an absurd amount of spray while lighting the lighter, causing a fire that burns the entire place down as everyone else escapes with Sky and Alejandro.
Scarlett then says it's time to prevent her victory. Max asks if she's willing to quit the money, to which Scarlett replies yes, because after all, she can't change the past, but she can change her future. She hugs Max, and then Scarlett bids Fox farewell with a comradely gesture before they travel. Back with the Dark Brains, they finish building the machine thanks to B, and Cameron tells B that he wants him to be the brains of the team when Cameron is gone, which touches B. The whole team then begins their journey, but Amy and Dave sabotage them, causing them to arrive at episode 10 of ROTI, "Up, Up and Away in My Pitiful Balloon," instead of the event they're supposed to prevent. Where the machine crashes into the zeppelin, Dawn tells Amy and Dave that what they just did is unforgivable, because they're willing to kill them (in the VR world) to lose, to which they just give an incredibly annoying trollish smile... and finally, the Light Loonatics arrive in the past, and Scarlett herself prevents her victory by letting Sky and Dave overtake her.
It's then that she manages to prevent the future they were in before; even though Scarlett could have contributed to the world with the money, she decided to do the right thing and prevent her own victory. Max hugs her, telling her that he really values her growth, with everyone saying "Awwww" except for Topher and Jo, who stick their tongues out. After that, Chef tells the contestants they can take off their VR headsets, congratulating the Light Loonatics for winning the challenge, but especially congratulating Scarlett for showing how much she's grown as a person, with Chef and Scarlett giving each other a high five.
Then Chris tells the Dark Brains they lost and that one of them will be going home, while Amy and Dave smile. He then asks them what they were doing when the Light Loonatics won the challenge, which leads to a flashback where, thanks to Amy and Dave, they went through all the episodes of Time Squad in less than 15 seconds. But that doesn't matter, because Cameron tells them that Amy will finally pay for what she did. Then Amy says in a confessional that, on one hand, eliminating Sky will make Dave more loyal, but on the other hand, eliminating Cameron to mess with Mike would be a lot of fun.
Before the elimination ceremony, Cameron tells Mike that he will finally be avenged, and Mike, for the first time all day, is happy because finally, his bully will pay for her actions. Dawn then tells him that everything will be alright, and that's when Mike hugs Dawn. After that, Amy goes to Dave and asks him who they'll vote for. Dave says Sky, but Amy tells him she has a better idea as she goes over to tell him who to eliminate.
At the elimination ceremony, Chris states the obvious: Amy received a total of 9 votes, meaning she's out. But to everyone's surprise, Dave pulls out the invincibility statue Amy gave him in episode 5 and says he'll use it to cancel all the votes against Amy. Everyone is shocked, and Chris says he likes this because it creates intensity. Then it's revealed that the eliminated person is... Cameron! Amy and Dave voted for him.
Mike is saddened by Cameron's departure, and Cameron hugs him, saying he's sorry he wasn't his best friend this season, but that he genuinely wanted to help him eliminate Amy. He tells Mike he'll be supporting him from home and hugs him. Cameron then tells Amy and Dave that what they did was unforgivable, and assures them that karma will come and be satisfying. After that, Cameron hands the reins to B, telling him he's leaving everything to him and that he'll be the new brains of the team. Cameron then leaves.
Dave says in a confessional that Sky was initially going to leave, but Amy convinced him to vote for Cameron, and he says this will be fun. Amy says that now with Cameron gone, Mike has them, and only them. Mike later says in a confessional that he feels guilty that the people he admires most are now gone because of him, and he gets sad. In the end, Mike is in bed and hears Amy and Dave laughing, mocking him because he's now alone. Mike then says in the final confessional that he's now filled with hatred for Amy and Dave, and that he'll make sure they pay for what they did to him.
In an exclusive clip, Cameron says that despite being eliminated early, he already won ROTI, and says he has faith that Brick, Sammy, Lightning, Sky, Sugar, B, and Dawn will help Mike, and that B will be the new brains of the team.
