Will Case play the Subnautica 2 early access?

Has anyone heard news on that from his streams lately? I really hope he does his subnautica playthrough is one of my comfort series!

I’m wanting to see if this is a generational thing or just a me thing. I personally do not get the appeal of ads, I’ve never bought something from an ad that I can remember. For me, at the very least, an ad interrupting a video or taking up space is slightly negative as a default, and then can range from slightly positive due to humor, to very negative.

The big thing for me is, I can’t get it out of my mind that the people I’m watching (and don’t get me started on AI generated people) are all just acting. That smiling couple? Just random strangers faking it. I just can’t help but see ads like this. There are exceptions but for the most part.

For example, you might say that people can create custom art at a much lower cost. However, from what I’ve seen, most of that art is quite low quality/has many mangled artifacts (faces/hands etc) and often this just leads to more humans being out of work.

(And of course there are many, many, examples of downsides like scams and the utter ruining of social media feeds and so on but I wanted to focus on the positives since I was struggling to think of positives)

Edit: just to be clear, I’m not saying he doesn’t dramatize things onstream, he definitely does. I’m more saying I don’t think he actually lies about what he thinks/his opinions.

This was on a tiktok about him refusing to pretend to shoot webs for a fan’s kid, and there were a bunch of liked comments saying these “dumb” opinions are all just a character he puts on for stream.

That just seems so wrong to me. I think I could make a very strong argument that he doesn’t play a character. But admittedly I wasn’t around in 2022, so I was hoping for some perspective on this. Especially about the last comment on the second pic. I’m just confused why comments like these get so many likes

I have struggled for a long time with sleep. My mind races at night and I usually stress myself out. I’ve tried other things, music doesn’t keep mind from wandering, and things like stories or songs with words keep my attention too well. I recently was listening to a chess commentary and found that I drifted into sleep despite the talking. Maybe it’ll work for you too!
