My small mindset change.
Im only about a week in on this run. Ive tried many time to quite and always failed. What has changed this time around is a mindset shift. There is a sense of drive that comes with a trigger (its probably a natural response to procreating) however we all know its fake. I shift my mind to think what makes me proud of myself when theres a trigger. Is it watching that video and the horrible feeling afterwards, or something in that moment like getting some work done or exercise.
