How much is a social media manager supposed to cost, because these quotes make no sense

Two coffee shops, three platforms, maybe four posts a week plus answering DMs.

Quotes I've gotten so far:

$400/mo

$1,100/mo

$2,600/mo

$3,200/mo

Same scope described back to me each time, roughly. What am I paying for at the top end that I don't get at the bottom.

saline contact solution for scleral lenses, what backup are you actually using

been wearing scleral lenses for about 3 years and the unit dose vials my optometrist recommended are stupid expensive. like $30 a box and i go through them fast

i know a lot of scleral wearers use plain sterile saline (no preservatives) as a fill alternative. wondering what saline contact solution you guys are actually using day to day

the requirements are: truly sterile, preservative free (i react to anything with preservatives in my eyes), safe for direct ocular use, and ideally bigger bottles or some way to not pay $30 a box every month

anyone tried medical grade sterile saline as a fill solution? good or bad experience? does it matter if its in a glass bottle vs plastic?

I have a 1962 CBS block home in Delray Beach. About 1400 sq ft. There is no ductwork in this house and never has been. We've been using window units for years and I'm finally done with it.

Got two very different quotes. One company wants to install ductwork throughout the house and put in a central system. They quoted $16,000. The other company recommended a ductless mini split system with one outdoor unit and 4 indoor heads. That came in at $12,500.

The ductwork company says central AC is always better. The mini split company says running ducts in a house this old is a waste of money and will cause problems.

Does anyone have a ductless system in an older Florida home? How do you like it? Is it actually comfortable or do you get hot and cold spots?
