Hey everyone, first time posting here...

Regarding Tim Hortons matcha drinks (vanilla matcha / strawberry), which brand of matcha can I buy to have the same smooth taste if I make it at home?

Sorry if this is me being uncultured, but I have been interested in matcha for years, and have tried every chain that sells it, but Tim Hortons matcha was the first one that was to my taste, very smooth and versatile if that makes sense?

I really want to make it at home, make my own foam and syrups. But matcha powder is very expensive, expires fast and I can't buy something without knowing if I'll like it as it will be a huge waste of money for me.

Does anyone have any authentic matcha brand and specific type that I can buy in Canada that will help me achieve a very similar taste profile at home?
