Considering closed dorsal hump reduction in Seoul

Hi everyone! I’m planning to get a closed dorsal hump reduction in Seoul and would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar procedure.

A bit about my case — I have a moderate dorsal hump and am only looking to smooth the bridge slightly from the side profile. I don’t want any changes to my tip, width, or frontal view. My goal is a very natural, subtle result. I’m hoping to have this done via the closed/endonasal approach and ideally without osteotomy (bone breaking), just rasping.

A few things I’d love to know:
• What did your day-by-day recovery look like, especially in the first week?
• How bad was the bruising and swelling — particularly if you didn’t have osteotomy?
• Were you able to do light activities by day 3–4?
• Did you travel to Korea for it and if so how many days did you stay?
• Which clinic or surgeon did you use and would you recommend them?
• How long until you saw the final result?

I only have 8 days in Seoul so trying to understand if that’s realistic. Any advice, photos or recovery diaries would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Which clinic treatment is best for upper arm fat / "bat wings" in Korea? (InMode vs. Onda vs. Shurink)

Hey everyone,

I’m planning a trip to Seoul soon and want to get a body contouring treatment for my upper arms / "bat wings." I have a mix of stubborn fat and some loose skin that I really want to tighten up. I’ve been researching Korean dermatology clinics, and it seems like everyone recommends different devices. I’m currently stuck trying to choose between:

  • InMode (FX + Forma combo)
  • ONDA Lifting
  • Body Shurink (HIFU)
  • Fat Dissolving Injections

Has anyone actually tried these specific treatments on their arms in Korea? I've only got 8 days in Korea as well so in a bit of a time crunch

Alternatives to Rhinoplasty and Fillers

Hey everyone, I’ve been considering getting some work done to my nose. Happy with my front profile but not so much with my side profile as I’ve got a really sharp bridge. I was wondering, apart from rhinoplasty and fillers, are there any order procedures I could go for that would help flatten my nose bridge? Thanks in advance

LAMS or fat dissolving injections or HIFU?

Hey everyone, I’m heading to Seoul in July and I’m looking to get some arm fat reduction done. For context, I’m 5’3, 50kg and I’ve got a small pocket of stubborn fat along with loose skin on my arms. I don’t think I need to undergo lipo and also have a preference for nothing too invasive. I’m really curious about LAMS as it seems ideal for my trip of 8 days since injections require multiple sessions. I’ve read so many threads and reviews about LAMS, I feel pretty confused if it’s a good treatment to go for. Any thoughts if anyone has done the above?

Hey everyone, I had a L5-S1 annular tear in February 2025. Tbh I was doing all good with minor flare ups once every few months till June when I went to see a physio. She made it worse and my lower back has never been the same. I tend to feel it a lot in my lower back when I’m doing the bear, pikes, squats or any leg movement where I’ve gotta bend and hold. Has anyone had any issues with their lower back while doing lagree and how did you manage it? I’m thinking of taking about two weeks off just to rest it and slowly easy back into it. Thanks in advance

Edit: I’ve been doing Lagree since June 2025 and go about 2-3 times a week
