Recommended panels question...

I joined program, and I'm taking my 2nd injection this evening. I do not have insurance.

My provider said that panels are strongly recommended to use the

Since I don't have insurance, I'm not sure how to go about this. I was wondering if anyone else here is in the same situation (no insurance, doing this out of pocket), and if so, how do you get the panels done?

TIA!

Is it as stressful as I'm working it up to be?

I'm not going to lie, I'm stressed out over this. I'm starting the meds to combat perimenopausal weight gain, and to help with my energy (b12 is part of the meds). I have never been much of an eater, and have suffered blood sugar crashed frequently because of this. The beginning symptoms of that is what usually reminds me that I need to eat for the day. I keep reading about my food intake (protein specifically) and fluid intake requirements. The daily food requirements are more than what I already eat in a day, and I now have to do this with a med that suppresses an already non existent appetite.

The fluids worry me, because I drink a lot of water already, and everything I've read says I'll need even more, which will also be suppressed (thirst). So...more food than I'm used to normally, and more water...and I'm supposed to do this in a way that doesn't leave me feeling full each time.

But, I've gained 30lbs in the past 2 years due to perimenopause, and it's starting to hurt and affect my health. How are any of you managing?

Starting this journey-

I'm getting ready to start GLP1 for weight, and I'm in perimenopause. Are there any GLP1 meal plan apps or good resources for meal ideas that you utilize?

I've googled for day, and have saved so many things that other people have as meal plans, and now I'm incredibly overwhelmed. I was hoping there's an app or something that can more streamline the process.

TIA!

Ohio application for minor child-

Good morning. I live in Ohio, and I plan on applying for medical assistance for my minor son. He receives Survivor Benifits from his father's passing. He doesn't have an income, and the benefits are $2000/mo.

When applying, do I have to use his benifits as a source of income, or do I use my wage income only?

TIA!

Recipes question for parents-

What are some easy, and good recipes that you'd recommend to another parent who has kids who are interested in starting to cook meals on their own? My son made me breakfast for his first time for Mother's Day, and my daughter later made me dinner. They both expressed interest in wanting to branch out from the quick meals they know how to make, and asked me if I had any recipes they could try on their own. I do not. I just make things, and test it as I go.

They're both structured kids, and so this method wouldn't work for them too well lol. Thank you, in advance!

To edit- they are 10, and 14.
