Is This Actually "Devil's Advocate" Logic?

I just watched a clip (from what seems to be a podcast) where a woman said, "Men have no independent thinking and are submissive, because in the army, most men are taking orders from a handful of men."

My first reaction was that she had completely lost it. But it led me to think - maybe this is what you call a true devil's advocate. I am so utterly stunned by her logic (or lack of it) that I can't even formulate a counter-response without resorting to insulting her intelligence.

I doubt it was an xNTP because she delivered that speech with a perfectly serious face and composed pose. It did not sound like playful intellectual sparring at all.

Would you guys engage in such bizarre logic-bending conversations? On a public platform? Is there a way to differentiate whether the speaker is 'playing' devil's advocate or just plain lacks contextual understanding?

Did anyone notice it yet?

I was going through the posts (looking for friends, but that's beside the point). Most of the posts (maybe 99%) are from INxx types. A couple of ENxx make up the rest. There is not a single xSxx post. I know we all probably are oddballs in some way or the other, and would be interested to learn about the dating adventures, or lack thereof, of fellow Introverted Intuitives. Though why an Extroverted Intuitive would have a hard time is something I can't wrap my head around. What made you choose this forum instead (or rather, in addition) of other dating avenues?

PS - I am INTJ, 42F. Nothing to do with the post. But the algo needed it to enable the post button. :D

How to Flirt?

Lurking around the sub for some days, I gathered that ENTPs are great at flirting (self-declared, of course). Since I admittedly have no game, would you be kind enough to tell me what flirting means to you (clarifying, coz some think sending dick pics is flirting, and I have difficulty accepting that), and what is a Flirting 101 advice you would give to a novice?
