I have heard that if a person goes through round 4 he/she would miss the orientation and some classes too

(I am talking mainly about the top 3 colleges)( Rvce , Msrit , Bmsce )
I was comparing last year data of the top 3-4 collages and found a recurring pattern in the cutoffs
Suppose a branch in one of the top three closes at x in round 1 then the cutoff for the next round (round 3)
Would be of the multiplier (x1.5 ) means it would be 1.5 times cutoff of R1(the multiplier can vary from x1.4 to x1.6)
I have verified it using last year's cutoff and also this year too turns out to hold good
This multiplier also works for R3 to R4
Disclaimer : I have only done verification of the top 3 can't say further than that
