Anyone's parcel stuck in "Arrived in import office -Sydney". It's been over 24 hours and it hasn't moved from that update and how long did yous have to wait?

Question lang to graduate couples. Did you ever give your money to your wedding planner? Or did yous pay the suppliers straight?
