Whenever I try to open Roblox on old desktop it shows the message "The procedure entry point CreateFile2 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."
This desktop is very old and it used to belong to my mum's former boss that she used for her company's work or something. Then she gave it to my mum, and then mum gave it to me. I actually tried downloading & opening it two three years ago and it still wouldn't work.
I suppose the former boss did something to cause this since my mum has no idea how to fix it. The desktop has no problem with downloading a VPN, & I downloaded Roblox on it multiple times but it just cannot be opened. Idk if it would have the same problem with other newly downloaded apps since I haven't tried. Any ideas?
