I amhaving this error after clicking green light to start the embroidery work. Even if Inclick the check mark it GOES to the screen on original image. Sorry but does anyone know what it might be

Learned, never let your machine cut acrylic and Turn your back to it. Now I want to replace this piece, can I buy normal transparent acrylic, or is it a different material?
