hi!! i wanted to ask a question

i have been into figure skating a month after the milano cortina olympics. can anyone tell me how to know if a jump is a salchow, loop, lutz, axel, toeloop or a flip? (in a really easy way). i've looked about this in youtube but don't really get it. thank you for ur help<33!!

which country do you think dominates figure skating right now, and which one would you like to see become stronger in the future?

obviously different countries tend to dominate at different times and in different disciplines, but i’m curious how people see the current state of the sport

which country do you think is strongest overall , and is there any country you’d love to see become more competitive in the future?

not talking about obvious unpopular opinions 😭

i mean opinions that seem widely accepted in the fs fandom that you personally never fully agreed with

could be about skaters, programs, judging, coaching, artistry vs tech, anything honestly

curious to see which fandom “truths” people quietly disagree with

are there any programs that seem universally loved by fans that just never really clicked for you personally?

not saying they’re bad programs at all ,just ones that you didn’t connect with as much as everyone else seemed to
