WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO MY LAPTOP?
My laptop is a zephyrus M16 2022 with a core i7 12700H 6vram 16 ram and an rtx3060 I already had it done maintenance, replacement and jerks in the games some feedback thanks anyway for the help

I need help. I've already serviced my laptop, optimized it, and used videos on how to optimize the computer, but I'm still experiencing stuttering and lag in my games. All the games are installed on a Samsung 990 Pro M.2 SSD.
Hello everyone, good afternoon. I'd like to know if you have any advice regarding my situation.
I have a ROG Zephyrus M16 laptop with the following specifications, and despite having performed maintenance, all current and older games are experiencing lag, with the FPS fluctuating unexpectedly. I've already investigated everything from adjusting virtual memory and optimizing Windows to using Armory Creator's performance mode, but nothing has worked, even though I'm using a standard CPU cooler.
What can I do in this case, or is it simply due to the laptop's age (it's a 2022 model)? I appreciate your opinions and perspectives. Thank you
