I bought VTI at the top, now what?
I fomo’d my entire net worth into VTI at the absolute top, now I’m down $10,000. What should I do? There’s no chance this ever recovers

I’m just as strong as I was at 23 yet I look substantially worse because my body just stores so much fat in my chest and waist now. It sucks so bad, I’m intermediate level strength, 22 BMI, and look skinny fat.
The only guys I see on here without that fat pattern are on TRT.
It’s 10:45 PM and I’m scrambling to finish a project that I got dumped on me because we “really need the business”. I’m 7 years into my career making $81,000. We didn’t get a bonus this year because business slowed down so much.
Does it ever actually get better? Does the hard work ever pay off? Sometimes I go on Zillow and just feel numb because I know I’m never going to own a home.
Not to come off like too much of a whiner but this is really depressing.
Everything MW2019 onward. What’s the comp consensus?
Everyone remembers the infamous C9 roster with Zach Mazer, Alb, and Naughty, but would anyone have ever guessed ~5 years later that Naughty would be the best IGL of the 3? How did he pull it off, and so quickly too?
When it inevitably pops, how much money am I going to lose?
Anyone have any reassuring numbers? I want to buy a house in the next few years, I can’t handle a 50% drawdown. My understanding is that most companies indexed to VTI are actually priced reasonably/lower than average, it’s just one sector that is a massive bubble.
Might try and get a weekend/weeknight gig like umpiring little league baseball or stocking shelves (places nearby I could ride my bike to), gas is getting super expensive and grocery prices just keep going up, I need some extra income.
What do you guys do?
