Same old question, what do you think is the best portable e-rig? I was thinking of going for a "Dr Dabber Switch Go" plus getting a recycler from Calibearglass.com...good choice? I want something portable, I tried the "Wolkenkraft Äris Ultra" plus bubbler...a very sturdy hand held quality made device, I was not disappointed, but I think I could get bigger clouds from the "Dr Dabber Switch Go"...what are your thoughts?

In much of Europe we are currently experiencing high temperatures. How are you dealing with the heat? personally I am making sure to keep well hydrated (drinking lots of water), but because of the high temperatures at night I am having trouble sleeping (I get maybe 1 hour of sleep per night, sometimes no sleep at all) and this has definitely had a negative impact of my epilepsy...I had two seizures at night in the space of the past 10 days (which is above average for me). What has your experience been? Do you have any tips or tricks for dealing with the heat?
