How do you build your training program?

Until now I've traind only full body training to get strong enough.

I was thinking of splitting the workout to pull push and legs and abs .

I am beginner mid level- max 17 pull ups

How to build the program properly?

Thanks in advance!!!!

Please tips and suggestions !

Hello friends, I would love to hear your opinion if anyone has encountered this problem.

I started training about six months ago, I started to progressive overload my training over time, and about a month ago I reached a certain level that I got stuck at.

Two weeks ago I started to feel like I was getting weaker. Suddenly it's hard for me to finish certain sets, and there are even some that I don't finish. In general, the whole last month, the training feels stuck, indifferent, it feels like even though I'm training, I'm not really doing anything.

Any tips and advice would be welcome.

It really sucks because I feel stuck and like I'm going backwards, so if someone can help me somehow, I'd be more than happy.

This is the training plan: 4 sets of everything. Stretch 6 Fake push-ups 8 Dip 8 Chin up 7 Archer push-ups 7 (each side once is one rep) Hollow holds 40 seconds on the back

Thanks a lot in advance!!!!

Hi all , recently I got into the high end resin models in 1/64 scale .

I have around 10 - 15 models and I want to display them to properly and not just let sit in their boxes.

I whould love to see you how you display yours or just any ideas you have in your mind.

The photos are part of my collection
