Filling that holds at room temp?

I’m still working on perfecting the cookie and am making a few batches for a party. (Trying Swiss method first time tomorrow).
Last time I served them at a party, the buttercream fillings got very soft sitting at room temp for a few hours.
Any more stable recipes? I’d prefer not to use shortening, I know that would work though.

Low free T3, high antibodies, normal TSH. Would that make symptoms worse.

I was diagnosed with Hashis over 20 years ago. Fatigue has never been one of my issues. Not being able to lose weight is really about it.
But for the past couple months I want to sleep. Nap, anything. Always tired. It’s broken up my exercise routines because my motivation is zero.
I decided to get my own labs done, my Dr only does TSH.
TSH .72 (shouldn’t be tired with this)
T3 free 1.9 and antibodies (peroxidase) 35.
T4 free and globulin antibodies ok.
Question is, is this causing my fatigue? And if so my levo prescription would not change based on this, so is there any reason to give to my Dr?
Thanks!

Allergy test - positive for pinto, green pea, peanut - negative for soy?

Where do lentils fall into that mix? Black beans, other legumes? Finding what’s in coming with those but different with soy is tough. More people seem to have the soy allergy.
This was a test for my husband who has been having severe asthma lately. Also found out allergic to almonds, milk and casein. Have been a vegetarian for 30 years but this will make it challenging! Pea protein is in a lot of things. And I hope oat milk works for baking since almond milk is out.
Odd assortment of allergies.
But have to find some source of protein other than soy, since I’ve read too much soy is a bad thing. Any advice or resources appreciated!

I fed my starter this morning-1:2:2, and bulked it up to bake with. But, I realized it’s going to peak later today and that’s not going to work for starting a dough.
Can I put in the fridge at peak and start from fridge?
