Why DHPT over Hyacine?
Genuine question. Why everyone recommends using DHPT over Hyacine when she's much better at generating stacks for Cyrene?

Is Cyrene E1 worth it in Anaxa teams?
Basically the title. I've heard that her E1 is mostly used in her DPS teams, but isn't generating Recollection is also useful for one-time users like Anaxa and Mydei? I will be able to 50/50 her E2 this patch but with my luck I'm afraid I won't be having it this time.
